SECTION II. - ASSETS - “Assets” are those electronic and informational intellectual properties created and implemented by My Smile Credit Boost, and include, but are not limited to, such items as landing pages, domain names, and the data collected and associated therewith. My Smile Credit Boost will retain ownership of funnel pages, and domain names created or purchased on your behalf. If you provide content such as, but not limited to, logos, website content, publications, images, or the like, you will retain ownership of that content. My Smile Credit Boost reserves the right to retain copies of all content and images created or received during the course of this agreement, for the sole purpose of internal analysis and review, but not for the purpose of recycling said content or assets for other clients. Upon the dissolution of this agreement by either party, your assets and content will be sent to you upon request.
SECTION III. - COMMUNICATION - Clear, responsive, and prompt communication between your team and the My Smile Credit Boost is vital to our success. You agree to notify us of any changes that might occur within your practice, business, or organization that will affect what we are implementing for you. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, training, or results, you agree to inform us at your earliest possible convenience and give us a chance to address the problem. You can expect integrity and honesty from us, and we will expect the same from you. We also expect you and your staff to treat us respectfully, and with consideration. Failure to do so will result in an immediate suspension of your account and our services.
SECTION IV. - LENGTH OF AGREEMENT - is an at-will agreement, subject to termination in writing at any time, for any reason, by either party.
SECTION V. - OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE - The sending of this document from an authorized email account or from our official onboarding form constitutes an offer. Acceptance is effective upon sending or receipt of a responsive email or completing said onboarding form, indicating the intent to be bound by its terms. Language such as, but not limited to, “I agree” or “Yes” shall show such intent.
SECTION VI. PAYMENT AND INVESTMENT You have agreed to an initial investment of $797. You will be billed monthly before services are rendered. The amount may be changed only by prior consent of the parties (but is still subject to either party’s right to cancel this agreement at any time for any reason). If cancellation occurs in the middle of a billing cycle, no prorated refunds will be given. You agree to pay all invoices within 7 days of receipt, in full. If you fail to pay an invoice in full within 14 days, you will be in breach and your account and this agreement. Your My Smile Credit Boost services will be shut off and portal access revoked until payment is collected.
